Cancellation Policy:

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchanges are applicable only for wrong or damaged items.
2. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
3. The product must be unused and unwashed, with the original packaging and tags intact.
4. Customized products cannot be exchanged.
5. In case pickup service is not available at the customer’s location, the customer would have to self-ship the product to the office address.

NOTE FOR EXCHANGE:

• The item should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Exchange requests are accepted only in case of wrong or damaged items.
• Exchange requests raised after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.
